I just got the gst 300 with the negative display and I love it it's easily readable unlike my gst 400 with its totally unless tiny dark unreadable display and no auto light either it's a nice looking watch but other than telling the basic time with the hands it's next to unless for anything else you can't even make the date out on the gst 400 unless you have perfect vision and the correct angle in perfect light, so all in all much prefer the gst 300 anyday as it does everything nicely and is actually usable....

A huge step backwards from the B200 optically. Crude, garish and functionally inferior. Both the digital display and the subdial at 6 lost a lot of their legibility and aesthetic finesse. My two cents.

I love the G-STEEL series, these watches are very good looking, resistant, light and useful; but it is quite dissaponting for me that the GST-130 series is the only group of watches that include the Multiband 6 technology.

For me, this technology is not replaceable for Bluetooth connectivity, because with Bluetooth you need a smartphone and Internet connection everytime to get the accurate time. I think that Multiband 6 technology is indispensable for any watch that costs more than US $200, I already have a GAW-100B that only costed $100 thanks to a bargain (normally costs $150) and it is pretty similar in designing to GST-130 series with all of its functions.

These are the reasons why I won't buy a watch of this series yet. I hope that soon, you launch a totally analog watch like GST-100 that includes the world time and the Multiband 6 technology (Like the GW 3000 but with a LED illuminator, Bluetooth connectivity and totally made of stainless steel), I would inmediatly add that one to the collection of 7 GSchock watches that I want to make to wear one different everyday of the week.

As an owner of both the 100 & 200 models, the 300 series is a huge step backwards!
The addition of the front el light button has totally destroyed the premium look and has made it look cheap.. The thing that drew me to the g-steel range was the fact that it gave off a similar look to the premium MR-G and MT-G without the corresponding price tag i.e. a poor man's version. I love both the 100/200 but as far as looks are concerned, you can't go past the GSTB100 ..
Very disappointed...
