Forget how amazing he still sounds live. Forget the fact he's past 80 in this clip. Go back and watch his facial expressions, shoulders and arm movements. Think about how many 1000s of time he has sang this and his other hits, night after night, year after year, for over 50 years. He STILL shows major expressions to go with each part of the song. 99.999% of performers just get up there and sing and you wonder if they are just doing it to get a paycheck. Frankie actually puts on a show and gives the audience what they want even though that man has GOT to be tired of all this sometimes. That's the mark of a TRUE entertainer from the old school.

I remember listening to his songs every Saturday going up to The Bronx as a child. I'm still listening. I don't know if he has backing tracks or not, but he's one of the very few entertainers who has earned that right.

why don't u all shut up putting Frankie Valli down if u have nothing nice to say don't say anything at all and get all your ears tested as he does not sound the same as he did back in the 60s listen to Frankie singing ragdoll its not the same so u can tell his singing the songs live just because he's 82 doesn't mean he still can't sing
