#205 Recreating UNCLE ROGER's RAMEN (4 Million Subscriber Special!) | But MSG Heaven

Показать описание
Hi Tomodachis!
Congratulations to @mrnigelng aka Uncle Roger for hitting 4 million subscribers!! We are cooking his Ramen today!
After a lots of "interesting" ramen from the likes of Jamie Oliver, Nigella Lawson, Nick DiGiovanni and How to basic, it is finally time to cook Uncle Roger's recipe for the famous Japanese soul food Ramen! Originating from China, Ramen in Japan has evolved into something completely in its own class these days. In Tokyo, we have an endless variety of ramen noodles to choose from!
In "UNCLE ROGER MAKE RAMEN (4 Million Subscriber Special!)" By mrnigelng we saw Uncle Roger puts his own twist on a iekei ramen (家系ラーメン) recipe ! Originating in Yokohama in the 70's, this tonkotsu based ramen has become a staple in the Japanese ramen scene.
So tomodachis, while easy ramen is not what we find in restaurants like Ichiran or Ippudo tonkotsu ramen, join us as we cook Uncle Roger's Japanese ramen recipe on our home cooking podcast ! Should we try even more ramen recipes? We saw some interesting ramen recently on Buzzfeed as well in their Trendy Vs. Traditional: Ramen video!
From BBC Foods to Jamie Oliver, Nat's what I reckon, Kays cooking and Gordon Ramsay - most recently, so many of Chef Wan's delicious recipes, it was fun to see Uncle Roger feature some popular dishes from Japan today! We are really excited for another Taiwanese and Japanese reaction to Uncle Roger!
Without further ado, let's start the ramen recipe video!
