When my bf and I started dating he lived in Nashville and I lived in Atlanta. He had just gotten offered a great job opportunity when I reached back out to him about dating seriously. He didn’t want to sacrifice the relationship by staying in Nashville instead of moving back to Atlanta where we met. I had a lot of fears around relationships and didn’t want to move to Nashville just for him, so we decided we’d start it long distance and the fact that it was not convenient at all made it way more special and intentional. I ended up loving Nashville after visiting and moved here after like 8 months. I love how through being a viewer of your over the years I’ve seen our lives play out similarly at times it’s so cool. I had a veery similar experience if not the same last year. I thought moving abroad and to the other side of the world would give me exactly what I needed to be at my best. But it showed me the ways that I was insecure and struggling even in the «perfect» environment. And showing me that I really need to care take myself wherever I am and not try to take short cuts on myself ❤
