If you have any questions, send me an email:

NOTE:
This XML code has the key sync buttons on the Rane 72 screen mapped to be Silent Cue as seen in the video. Nothing else is midi mapped in this template - you are able to add your own midi functions to this template as you normally would using Serato DJ Pro.

If you are using a mixer or midi device other than the Rane 72, you will have to change the control channel value and midi note value found in line 2 (left deck) and in line 17 (right deck).

You will have to find out the control channel value and note value for the button you want to map Silent Cue to. This can usually be found in the manual for your device. You can also use a midi reader program/app, or make a test midi map file, map something to that button you want to use, then go read the .xml file to see what control channel and note it says.

Is there any way to create a ‘gated cue’ as either a user mode or a toggle on the silent cue mode now available with the firmware update? Left parameter or shift tight parameter button would be ideal.

So the track un-mutes while the button is pressed and mute again when the button is released?

I use DVS and Rane 72 and would love the functionality of the gated cue without having to switch to internal mode-pause the track-then load the cue points - then Switch back to relative.
