Great application! I have a few suggestions. It be great to see the technicians availability to book. Also some services is scheduled with a “break” in between where you could fit a short service in. For example a facial where you work on client for 30 min and have 15 min while client is under steam treatment where you could work on another client before returning to client 1. We also have retail products we sell that should be added to invoicing on checkout. Employee payment is also calculated on hourly rates or commission whichever is higher.

I really love this scheduler series. I watched the all series of the task manager and then found this one video and I felt like “let’s give it a try”. And I must say after much trial and errors I finally got it to work. I was even able to combine the structure shown in this video with a userform. I do have a question though: is it possible to use the advanced filter for days only? Without date (so Monday, Tuesday, etc not Monday 1st of March).

Hello. Love this worksheet and everything you upload on this channel. I am running into a problem when trying to protect this worksheet. I’m using the macro you had on another video to keep running the macros even after protecting the sheet. I keep getting an error on the ApptDB section of the schedule refresh macro. It hightlights the Schedule.Shapes (“sampleAppBack”).Duplicate. Name = ApptBack & alApptID line. Not sure why.

This is an amazing app. Thank you ! Any thoughts why after drag&drop (even to a "blank slot") shapes DATA is NOT displayed? the shapes are there but they are empty. Even manually running the refresh macro does not help. They are still blank. Clicking them individually, however, IS showing the appointments data (in the top add/edit lines).

Hello Randy - thank you for this awesome Tutorial! I have 1 question is it possible to arrange the Start and Endtime over more days? So in my case I would have an appointment what would start let’s say on Monday 8AM and ends at Thursday at 3PM and it should be visible in all of this days 😌
