Sometimes i get up with the feeling a big feet of an elephant is stepping me on, it is really terrible that feeling, but i try first to exercise, helps me a lot and most of the time this help me to have a better day, just a few times doesn't work. I have always had ups and down, but with the pandemic got worst. My mood it is like a rolling coaster, not in the meaning of treating someone bad, it is like my soul fallen. I understand very well ❤️.
