Anyone going to mention that you can't cast Elise E - Cocoon while clicking on ground or doing any other skill? I don't like that change. It feels like playing on 200ms ping or having E key broken so you have to spam it until you see animation of it being cast.

Thank god Riot finally acknowledged burst is a problem and that a slower game/fight is more interesting allowing for more skill expression. I’m doubtful these changes will be enough to make tanking feel rewarding but we will see.

Tanks still tanky and will be able to 1 shot anyone while still building full tank. Riot games devs are actually regarded and do not play the game.
