As a coach and medical provider, I do worry as to why THEY specifically let Bryleigh tumbler after the fact she showed CLEAR signs of a concussion . They even make you take test and courses on concussions, athlete safety, etc. Any gym that is legal has to be certified under usasf and varsity cheer, as well as take the courses . Just worrisome for her health and her being so young . I would never let my athlete continue after a fall, especially after hitting their head, and physically seeing them pass out . I'd be finding another gym that cared more about my daughters safety . Glad Tracey didn't hesitate to go the E.R . Praying and sending positive energy for a quick recovery ! Bryleigh has been working SO hard !

Don't be sorry about the clip being short your kids, husband and you come first above anything else. I'm glad bryleigh didn't injure her spine. I'm happy she still gets to do her cheer cause it could've been a lot worse. Thank you for keeping us updated.

i have that contrast all the time in my ct scans, as i have something wrong with my neck (a part of a chronic illness) so i totally understand what you mean when you said you felt like you peed yourself!! i always get so worried i actually did lol!!

I get yearly brain MRI’s with contrast so I feel her pain with the IV/contrast, but my IV’s are usually in my hand because I’m a hard stick so they push the contrast slower then in the arm.

My Dad had a CAT scan and the contrast put him into kidney failure. Keep an eye open for any kidney signs. I hope you feel better.

The hospital could have called a nurse to her bedside in the CT area. They have done so here in Maine for me. Not sure where you live but them taking her all the way back to the room was not necessary

The coach should've told her sit out of the game. Traumatic brain 🧠 INJURES FROM FALLS should be seen in the er dept and coach screwed up big time.
