Indonesian teen rescued after 49 days drifting at sea

An Indonesian teen has been rescued after drifting at sea for 49 days on a floating fish trap and is back safely with his family, according to the country's foreign affairs ministry.

fyi: he is back in indonesia and doing fine now without any health problem. unlike normal people it's his job to stay on the boat for a long periode of time like a few month or more at a time without going to the land. so he have more experience in being alone and surviving on the sea. he said this is the 3rd time the line of the floating fish trap got cut. the 1st one he is missing for a week. 2nd time for 3 days. while this one is the longest and probably the last time since he quit that job afterward.
he is only paid 150$ a month to guard the boat. usually the contract last for 1 year. so for a whole year he wont be going home. his job on the boat is to turn on the light and contact his boss when there are a lot of fish trapped under.
