Sine Qua Non :
(see-nay kwah nahn) prep. Latin for "without which it could not be, " an indispensable action or condition.
Example: if Charlie Careless had not left the keys in the ignition, his 10-year-old son could not have started the car and backed it over Polly Playmate. So Charlie's act was the sine qua non of the injury to Playmate.

Respected Sir, thank you very much for the kind information, I want to ask you one thing, if in a criminal case, a accused is shown as Victim in charge sheet several times at various pages in the charge sheet and also he/she is not having any role in the criminal activity, rather the accused is falsely implicated by the police in the false case, can that accused get discharged from the Honourable Sessions court under Section 227 in The Code Of Criminal Procedure, kindly do let me know Sir
