Answer 1: The testes if fail to descend into the scrotum known as cryptorchidism, this conditions produce sterility since testes, in order to perform spermatogenesis require 2-2.5*C lower temperature than body which is maintained by scrotum. The temperature is not favourable for testes to produce sperms thus leading to sterility.

Answer 2 : Sperms contains a filament which helps in motility of structure whereas ovum/egg lacks any motile structure. Thus, sperms and motile while egg is non-motile.
