To be honest, I always thought that the suspenseful music was just for the sake of creating fear, which works really well, but I had no idea that a Xenomorph could jump out at that moment until I decided to replay the game on the highest difficulty and just ran around the turnstiles.😅

When I played bioshock I got used to slapping doors with my wrench when they took long to open. So I did the same with the tram doors. Mistake.

After looking at the game code, I can tell you that the Alien's chances of showing up early here grow exponentially by game difficulty. On Easiest mode, he might not show up at all, but on Nightmare, he can drop BEFORE the car arrives.

I always loved they made Xenos intelligent in the game they can learn how to defend their Hive against threats just like in the comics how Ol Blue could find the missing egg

I made the fatal mistake of doing what all prey animals do - run to safety. Only to wait on a transit car as the alien drops down grabs me, and kills me.

1st time I played it, I called the shuttle and went to the bathroom in the meantime. When I came back I wasn't alive anymore xD

I have watched playthroughs before and when i played the game myself i had the consciousness that the alien doesnt come until later and i had a heart attack when he came at the station i was smacking the walls with the whench and he dropped down the vent 😭

My first normal playthrough: When I got the motion tracker and its time to escape the 3 working joes then the Alien ambushed me in the vents

I remember how buggy this game was in release week. The alien was actually stuck on the pillar when I ran towards the train.

I’ve never encountered that before lol, I’ve played through that part a couple of times since I enjoy coming back to the game, I can hear the Aliens movement in the ventilations but I use to think that I was safe. Though, when I first experienced the game I literally just ran to it but hearing the Aliens movement made me on edge because I didn’t know that it can come out from the vents above till I kept playing further into the game when I actually encountered it. After that one time I continuously ran to the Tram, thinking that I was safe, yet I still felt uneasy thinking that there was some sort of time limit or the Alien will finally come out of the place where you first see it when the guy died (Forgot his name lmao) so I’d be panicking each and every time because the dang tram takes so god damn long, yet I kept thinking I was safe. Though, I kept assuming to myself that surely it isn’t safe considering the music, suspense and how we literally see it kill the guy we were with, and hearing it through the vents. I kept thinking surely they developers wouldn’t program the game like that for it to literally be safe after knowing the Alien is here with us. But after seeing this video, I’m now more on edge than ever than before whenever I get to that section, because now I know it’s literally not safe. Plus, I certainly must be lucky since I ran all the way to the tram and kept running around like an idiot. Either that was pure luck, or somehow I managed to not encounter the AI when I was being dumb. ( I was on the normal difficulty twice, didn’t encounter it and I also did the hardest difficulty twice and managed to finish the game without encountering the Alien at that particular section of the game) I’m glad to know this now, because of this video I’ve been literally crouching through that section now lol

I hate whenever it tells you to get in the transit car and the Alien is nearby because it always alerts the Alien and it takes ages to actually arrive, let alone open, and then the doors take ages to close again!! 😭

Somehow, my ass didn't get caught when it took me like 2 minutes to find the tram button. Maybe he comes faster if you make noise?
