Lol, I did this, and he got it for me we got the XL when they first came out. It has never really worked right. We keep going back-and-forth trying to figure out why it's not freeze drying and why it is taking over a 100 hours and the stuff is Still not freeze drying. Then it completely melted and burnt the bottom and heating mats and they told me do not use it agen but of course, we're out of warranty now so they think they know what's wrong but I have to pay out-of-pocket to fix it even though it has been broken since the day we got it.. Now they're telling me it's going to be around $300 plus shipping and handling to get it back to them. Replace the parts that melted and replaced one part. They think it might be the wires but if it's not that part they're going to have to have me. Send the entire machine back and then I have to pay them to fix that. The machine that I purchased is almost the size of a washer.
