For $83, 000 you could almost afford 3 brand new Ventrac 4520’s, and those can actually mow ground that isn’t flat as a golf course.

Or you could buy one new Ventrac for $30, 000 plus one of their 95” finish mower attachments for $8, 000, accomplish the same thing, have a more capable/versatile machine and also have over $40, 000 left over lol.

Back in the 70's my dad had a mini tractor with vertical rotating mowing blades (blades turn like a wheat harvester) built for precision cutting as on golf courses. It had 5 mowing attachments-one in the center-rear and 2 each side you could raise up to to load it on a trailer. It mowed wider than this thing and it was freaking awesome. Mowed our 1 acre in 1/5th the time.

not sure where you guys are getting this 27 number from. im a dealer with one on the showroom. it is 83k, and cost us over 70. not that i agree with the price but its not 27

It'll cut 11.5 acres an hour and spins the blade 3000 rpm. It's a damn fine cut. Laser edged too. Golf courses may want this because they won't tear up the course being so heavy unlike a tractor. Also a tractor isn't zero turn.
