I remember, India won the first 2 one dayers but SA won the last in Delhi in a track and field stadium . Kepler Wessels played an outstanding knock in the last one dayer.

I had watched this series. In 3rd match played in Delhi both Sastri and manjerkar had scored centuries but due to Kepler Wesles brilliant batting South Africa had won the march. In this match when Tendulkar was bowling to Kepler Wessles commentary was YOUNGEST TO OLDEST. It was debut series fir Pravin Amre.

This SA team was very good. They did lose the 2nd ODI too however won the 3rd one chasing 289 runs which was a huge task in those days. Sadly it appears now that they are also going down just like Zimbabwe.
