From the 6 matches involving the top 12 teams in World Rugby, which players impressed most? I pick a Team of the Week AND a Top 3 Players overall. Some serious debate and competition in certain positions.

And Team of the Week: Australia! I’m a Bok supporter, but good grief, that is probably the best I’ve seen Aus play in 5 years!

@Tim so happy to see your channel growing. Easily the best, most balanced rugby content out there. Hope you’re well mate 🇿🇦

Heres why I think Ikitau deserves to be in your team and top of everyones praises. Not only did he deliver an almost all time 12 performance, but hes also never played there before. He took Joseph in, took on the 12 distribution duties that he is unfamiliar with and also took over the 13 defensive duties. Couldn't be prouder of Joseph on his debut, but the only reason he could do his thing is because Len Ikitau is legit elite.

Albornoz has a genuine chance for World Rugby breakthrough player of the year. He's electric, a massive upgrade on Nicolas Sanchez, a big part of what's made Argentina such a competitive team now 👏👏

Andre Esterhuizen is unlucky but I agree with the Fiji #12 getting the nod. That hand-off was beastly

It was a real shame Caleb Muntz got injured right before the World Cup last year. He really is a great player.

You and Two Cents had a very very similar team, 2 or maybe 3.

Thanks Tim

One of the most diverse team of the week I’ve seen and I love it! Shows how much outstanding teams/players came out over the weekend

Valetini was superb. Great performance and great sportsmanship with notifying the ref of Curry being out 👏🏽👏🏽

Tim, great summary. Can't argue with your choices.
You really are a class presenter.
Slightly off-topic, your linguistic skills getting around Fijia, NZ, Saffa and Argie names are incredible!
Surpassed only by your skill and speed of skulling a pint.

Scotland scrum was going backwards on Springbok feed-ins even when Fagerson was in the field. 😂

For me Willlie Le Roux would have made my 15 of the week. Those cross kicks were legendary🎉❤

Su'ali'i really blew up all the expectations. I'm not only surprised, but I'm hyped too now.

From a Saffa this is tough to say... But it was great to see that performance by the Aussies! World rugby needs a strong Aussie team!
But they made the job a bit harder for the Boks next week against the English...!

Bell number 1. Aumua 2. The Scotland Scrum was crap all day. Great selection Tim

Solid list. Hard to argue with any of your choices but even as a one eyed wallaby supporter I thought Will Jordon was excellent. Wright struggled under the high ball I thought.

I’ve never seen Wallabies run as hard as Bell and Valetini. Gotta feel for Tom Curry as he’s probably going to sleep seeing Bell and Valetini running at him after their performances. I feel England’s defence changed once he went off.

Hmm... Gibson Park was the SH of the week for me. He almost single highhandedly kept the AB's out on a number of occasions.
