I mean… This looks awesome and I would absolutely completely get all over that pizza! But if you watch DP’s reviews, the 2 things that he complains about are: “grease” (high quality EV olive oil would likely trigger this) and the addition of “parmesan” (his blanket term for any grated aged hard cheese including pecorino) and maybe even the basil would probably even get mentioned as “what is this some ‘artisan’ pizza?”

Pizza Romana in teglia is not pre-cooked without the sauce. Depending on the toppings, they are added mid toward the end of the bake.
