Fish Taco Bowl Salad
INGREDIENTS
4 pieces smoked cod fish fillets (deli section @ Coles)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 avocados
200g cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup coriander

———dressing————
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Praise 99% fat free)
1 tablespoon coconut milk (full-fat)
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Carbohydrates ~ 10g
Protein ~30g
Fat ~ 16g
Sugar ~ 8g

I massively altered this recipe because it was like 7:30pm at night and I just couldn’t be bothered! And it was still so good! Just goes to show you don’t need a bucket load of ingredients or elements to make something tasty ~ the dressing just goes so well with the fish I have to say…. I probably cut down the original recipe time by half if not more so definitely makes it more appealing to make this one again 😁👌also extremely low calorie and carb for the protein content ~ for the win 👏🏼
