Mr. Vent, you have done it again, sir. After playing funky breaks for over 20 years, I switched to glitch n' ghetto funk about a year ago. I live in Asheville, NC. My scene is a festy-going, beared, dreaded, blue-grass lovin, yellow labrador retriever owning, un-apologetically liberal mecca of cultural and genre blending bliss. Your bluesy vintage take on the 110 BPM genre is so at home where I play, and is recieved so well, that I often wonder how far away you grew up from here. I can't imagine another place, other than the Appalachian mountains, that could give birth to EDM mixed with harmonicas, prison work songs, banjos, and glitch hop. Every week my friends do a free outdoor show, complete with burners and fire spinners of all kinds. I can't wait to play this for the fire spinners and see what they come up with. Great job man.
