OUTRIDERS: Debuff F.A.S.E.R Beam Pyro Build for Co-op CT15

Build that combines the standard debuff pyromancer using 3x heatwave and 2x thermal bomb with the new F.A.S.E.R beam buffs to be incredibly tanky while debuffing enemies for your allies as well as dealing much higher damage than the standard overheat build. Wanted to keep it short since everyone knows how pyro works by this point.
