In highly populated areas, yeah, they aren’t the cleanest. Most countries in that part of the world are not the most clean. And it doesn’t help that the government there is nonexistent and that it’s population isn’t the most educated (education varies considering that some countries can’t all afford it, especially if it goes against their nation’s government *cough*North Korea*cough*)
