Hey all. Some have mentioned having trouble with Bandlab Assistant. I found this article that may help if you notice that it’s only white or you are not seeing it correctly.

When i switch to ASIO driver, I could not see my headphone that is plugged into the computer . How do i fix this? or do i need an audio interface?

I'm having similar issues with the assistant. I understand that it may take some time, but the issue I'm seeing is nothing but a X for cancelation (Cakewalk BTW), everything else for it is white where the info should be. Everything else is there in terms of the software's banner. I'm basically looking for confirmation if I did this correctly, because I'm installing the latest version.

Side note: Because I'm new to this, I had to make an account so I would have access to the assistant.

Hey I need help with the installer, it's stuck on downloading additional files and the download bar is always resetting when it finishes, can you fix this please?

Yeah after wasting two days on cubase and one day on Cakewalk I'm done. Thanks anyway I'll go back to my amp and pedals.
