The BRICS summit this time saw the inclusion 5 countries- Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Argentina, Iran and UAE. The Chandrayaan-3 landed yesterday near the South pole of the moon, making it the first country to do so. The Prime Minister said that "It is a matter of pride for us that this achievement is being accepted as an achievement for all of humanity... ...On behalf of India, its people and our scientists, I thank the scientists and the world's scientific community for their wishes on this historic moment."
