There is another phrase that I like. BEGIN AGAIN.

It's a difficult concept to grasp that we will one day end. We find comfort in the idea that there is something beyond "this" existence.
I'm not saying one way or the other.
But, I can agree that it is far easier to accept one ending here with the hope there is a new beginning after.
Because, with that belief, it is far easier to find peace in loss. Because, if we are lucky, those lost to us can be found again.

I agree, in essence, we have to “roll with it” and whatever is affecting us now won’t matter in the distant future. However we live in the moment and respond accordingly depending on our coping mechanisms or lack thereof. What we do or not do may mean nothing in the cosmic sense but we have to deal with the consequences here and now.
