Israeli army unveils officially the existence of the "Pereh", a Magach main battle tank converted in anti-tank missile combat vehicle. The vehicle is equipped with a missile launch station which can fire the anti-tank guided missile "Tamuz" or Spike NLOS.

It's a really smart idea. They do all this planning anticipating tanks with 30-40 km range, they set up all of this counterforce and boom they get hit by a rocket with what I remember as 80km range. Reminds me of an incident during the Imjin war. Japanese soldiers did not believe the allied forces would engage their forces on the south end of Pyongyang because the Korean soldiers were low morale spirit. Then the soldiers took off their uniform to reveal they were Chinese soldiers which took them by surprise resulting in an inadequate amount of forces to deal with the Chinese.

Another interesting fact I learnt though not verified is that Israel is the only military that as their engines in front of the tank because they value human capital over their tanks.

It has no cannon. The cannon is a decoy. It's for using long-range anti-tank missiles. Used by "Moran" unit.
