Breast Cancer series: #1 Discussing resource-stratified approaches to control breast cancer - recorded on 8 October 2020

Current data indicates that breast cancer incidence and mortality remain the highest for cancer in women, and this trend will only increase in the coming years. The urgent need to implement evidence-based breast cancer control policies and programmes that are locally relevant have been highlighted even more with the pandemic.

The Knowledge Summaries for Comprehensive Breast Cancer Control (KSBCs) are a simple tool that provides guidance to policymakers, administrators, clinicians and advocates. In this Virtual Dialogue, participants will learn and discuss considerations to use this tool to develop locally relevant breast cancer control policies and programmes.

This Virtual Dialogue is part of a series developed in the framework of UICC’s Breast Cancer Programme.
