1 LB Salmon, Cut Into Filets, Marinated In,
- 2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 Lime, Juiced (You Could Add Zest If You Want Extra Lime Flavor)
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper

Mango Salsa,
- 1 Mango, Finely Diced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Finely Diced
- 1 Serrano Or Jalapeño, finely Diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 Avocado, Finely Diced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Lime, Juiced

1. Place Salmon In A Zip Lock Bag And Marinate While You Prepare The Rice And Mango Salsa
2. Cook Rice According To The Instructions On The Bag
3. Combine All Ingredients For The Mango Salsa In A Bowl And Mix. Throw In Fridge To Cool Before Serving
4. Heat Grill To Medium Heat And Place Salmon Skin Side Up. Leave For 5-8 Minutes And Flip. Don’t Touch And Cook An Additional 5 Minutes
5. Remove From Grill. Plate With Rice And That Delicious Mango Salsa
