England Women vs Australia Women 3rd Odi Live Scores, Engw vs Ausw Live Cricket Score & Commentary

Australia Women may have won the three-match ODI series with a game to spare but this is the Ashes and here every game counts. England Women have more than pride to play for in the third ODI as there are two points on offer in this multi-format series. The third and final ODI will be played at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Friday (January 17).
Australia lead the multi-format series 4-0 after bagging four points by winning the first two ODIs of the three-match series. A total of 6 points will be on offer during the three T20Is while the only Test match will give both teams a chance to bag a maximum of four points.
The pitch in Hobart is likely to assist spin bowling and keeping that in mind, their assistant coach Dan Mash has suggested that the hosts may include leg-spinner Georgia Wareham in the XI in place of a pacer.
The visitors too are likely to make a big change as Kate Cross is set to feature on this tour for the first time, having recovered from her back injury. She has joined the team in Hobart but a final call on her availability will be taken on the matchday itself.
In the last match, Australia won a low-scoring thriller. They lost the toss and were asked to bat first at the Junction Oval.
Captain Alyssa Healy and Phoebe Litchfield gave the hosts a brisk start. In the 9th over, Healy was nicked off by Lauren Bell.
Litchfield and Perry then added 49 runs for the second wicket. Perry top-scored with a knock of 60. Beth Mooney fell for 12 while Annabel Sutherland perished after scoring 11 runs. Ashleigh Gardner (2), Tahlia McGrath (1), and Kim Garth (9) all failed to reach double figures.
Alana King scored 13, while Darcie Brown was the last woman standing for Australia, unbeaten on four, as the hosts were bowled out for 180.
Sophie Ecclestone picked up four while Alice Capsey bagged three wickets. Lauren Bell ended up with two wickets next to her name and Lauren Filer picked up one.
In reply, England lost Tammy Beaumont for three in the second over. Maia Bouchier got a start but failed to convert it into a big score. Skipper Heather Knight scored 18 while Nat Sciver-Brunt made 35.
Just when it looked like England would cruise to an easy win, they lost Knight and Danni Wyatt-Hodge, who bagged a golden duck, in quick succession. Amy Jones top-scored with an unbeaten knock of 47 but wickets kept falling from the other end and England were eventually bowled out for 159 in 48.1 overs.
