Have to spend 5 hundy? I don't think so. Should be able to be reserved for say, 6 people minimum for dinner. Don't make your customers pay for your investment in your own business, Id think that would surely be more profitable in the long run. Customers WANT to spend their money, they don't want to feel like they're being forced to pay up.
