House proved right there how much Wilson's friendship meant to him. Risking prison, not being able to practice and faking his own death to spend the last 6 months of Wilson's life with him. I think Wilson wouldnt have accepted anything less.I think House becomes a jazz musician and lives quietly somewhere with 10 cats after Wilson leaves him.

In Chance Hugh Laurie's Dr. character redeems himself at the end by running a free neurological clinic in Mexico while wanted by the US authorities. A local activist sets him up saying the poor can get surgery in Mexico but diagnostics is hard. Plus a local cartel leader likes what he does so he ensures the police will never inform the US.

So I figure House and Wilson rode their motorcycles until Wilson died and then House went to some 2nd or 3rd world country and did good for the poorest people on the planet instead of the wealthiest.

One of the best final episodes ever!!! As far as my opinion goes, it’s the best. I love House, period, but the writers were epic in this finale. So many years of Wilson being there for House and now House literally gives his whole future to be there for his dying friend. It’s House showing his love for Wilson.

Everyone who is saying House is actually dead clearly forgot about the other dude with I’m in the building. If House died than two bodies would’ve been pulled out of the building not one. Also Wilson wouldn’t have hallucinated the text message he got as everyone heard the ringtone in the room clearly, from a phone that wasn’t his. Too many things that point it to the other direction. The only reason they shot it to make it look like House was exploded was to subvert expectations. That was apart of the twist, the show had to feed into it.
