Im happy for Ime but I have to give COTY to my man JB Bickerstaff. He turned a team to 14 game record to a 44 game record, thats a crazy turn around. Him and Langdon as GM transformed a losing team to a winner in One season. Ime is a great coach deserve the honors but no one expected what Detroit has done, they have teams in the East nervous. Respect to Ime and the Rockets though. Glad he showed who he is and he didnt deserve to be fired, but Bostons loose is Houstons Win. Good luck in the playoffs.

Ime has done a top 3 coaching job the last two years and this team is primed for playoff basketball, but I think it all comes down to if Amen ascends or not as they might not have the shot making without him taking the next step to contend this year. Team is setup for a 4-6 year run if they handle things correctly and the players continue to buy in.

I think its pretty obvious Amen is the next star in the league, and his playstyle is somewhat anti-hero to the current crop as well which makes it fun to watch.
