This drill will definitely get a player's hands together.

When I was a kid my friends and I would have daily contests dribbling the basketball between our legs non-stop from one end of the block and back.

Wherever you lost your dribble, you'd have to stop and the next person goes...the goal was to make it back to the starting point first.

As we got better, the contests transitioned to not being able to look down at the ball (another person would walk beside the dribbler to make sure their eyes didn't look down), dribbling backwards, and only with your weak hand.

At the time we had no idea that we were improving our handles because as time went on and we played throughout the neighborhood and in school, our handles were damn near Kyrie like because those years of muscle memory made our reflexes and dribbling almost effortlessly flawless.

Nah just some good coordination and it's easy to catch one handed...some of the tricks though would need some practice
