Lena you and Hwaniiee make such a beautiful couple! I would love to visit the next time I'm in NY to get a tattoo. I also am a mom to my maltipoo and two other dogs that are all from shelters from Korea.

Anyhoo you've got a beautiful maltese! Just wanted to point out that dogs feel a lot of pain when they are held by their arms or under their arms. It's always best to support their bottom with your other hand while the other arm is wrapped around their upper body, and when you are initially scooping them up, do so swiftly by supporting their belly and chest with both hands, from under not on the sides. Never hold them grabbing their arms. My friend's dogs arms were separated you don't want to hear the entire story.. just don't do it. Remember dogs inherently do not verbalize pain as most animals do not, as it conveys weakness..
