If you forgot your Roblox pin, you can always just change it and reset it to a new pin. In this video, I walk you through the steps to reset your pin by filling in the customer support form to reset your forgotten pin. You will need your Gmail or another email to reset it because without it Roblox can't verify that you own the Roblox account. This process works the same on iPhone and Android mobile devices in 2021.

I tried this, contacted roblox, and they said that there was nothing that they could do to help me. i tried everything i could to reset my pin, but it just wouldn’t work. i don’t remember what i put my pin as, but it will not let me change literally ANYTHING in my account. i’ve been trying to change my username, password, birthday, even my roblox profile status, and it keeps saying that I have to change the pin! this is super annoying because there were multiple emails back and fourth thru my verified email on my account, and literally nothing works. i hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else, because it’s super annoying.
