Hey there!

As the owner of ACIDFUXX, the label Floral Shoppe 2 appeared on, I'm very happy to see this deep-dive into Vektroid's alternative mixes that were compiled into FS2.

To provide some essential clarity, FS2 is a fan album ONLY in that Vektroid did not authorize its release directly until AFTER the fact. Every track on the album was ripped from her unreleased mixes uploaded to her YouTube channel, this was also the group of Vektroid tracks that was passed around pirating websites as 'Unreleased Music'. I thought they were project-worthy in that state, and I decided to take steps to throw together a fake-looking second cover and upload the tracks. The idea was that people would think it was fan-made, then dig and find out it's ACTUALLY vektroid.

I will admit my great luck in the endeavor of releasing this album, and Vektroid was very friendly and forthcoming with me at the time about the issue, saying there was no trouble if I linked to her Youtube channel to show the source of the tracks, and she was quite content someone found the tracks "interesting enough to suitcase".

The lack of official explanation on my part did make it seem like this album was an entirely under-the-rug attempt to make money and capitalize off Mac+'s fame, but I simply wanted to support the underrated works of an extremely talented artist.
