I had 2 books that arrived damaged from Book Outlet and their Customer Service was amazing. One had a crease in the corner and the other one had a slice through the cover. They refunded both books after seeing the proof and let me keep them. Love Book Outlet

I think I need to go on a Jessie Q. Sutanto binge - I have Dial A for Aunties and You Will Never Be Me on my shelves and I really want to read Vera as well. What a range she has!
