In this video I have explained about Variables and also discussed the number variables specifically integers and strings. I have shown some math operations with numbers (decimal and float) and number variables and how to determine the type of the variable.

Next I described about string variables and how it is assigned in python. I also discussed indexing and slicing of string in python and a useful tip for you. There is a homework for you near the end of the video and I will request you to practice the same and get back to me if you face any issues

Python is a general purpose and high level programming language. You can use Python for developing desktop GUI applications, websites and web applications and use this programing language for machine learning and data science project. It is very powerful language having easy syntax and easy to learn. As it is an open source programming language supported by very big community it has tons of libraries which helps developer to implement simple to highly complex software solutions with comparatively very less lines of code.
