Here in India we every day take ghee in our food. It's really healthy. And here in India most of the time it's home made.

Great idea for keeping extra nuts, will have to freeze mine asap. But don't put your tomatoes in the fridge, only store them at room temperature they totally taste so much better. Store stem side down.

Both! Creamy or crunchy! Depending on my mood I love both! I am a mushroom lover too! I always keep them at home and through them on new things.

The other day I was watching a video and the person had these pop up containers and I was like "I need those in my life". Now I saw you with the same containers and earing you saying that you sell them on your shop made me so happy! I'm definately going to buy these at some point!!

OMG! This could be long but here it goes: Costco for: organic creamy pb, pecans, pistachios, triple berry fruit in freezer section, English cucumbers, cottage cheese, spinach, and their coconut clusters are life. I mix the cottage cheese with halved cherry tomatoes and EBTB seasoning for savory and with apricot preserves for a sweet. Smoothies are made daily (2x sometimes)... I could go on for real! I need to get those silicone bags and OXO containers too- 💗 ur videos btw

I know this isn't fridge related.. but next time you cut a lemon for juicing cut a small part off the end too and you'll get more juice! I know you quarter yours which probably works just as well but I wanted to share this hack I saw!

my fridge right now (and always) I have Powerade Zero for my workouts. I have blueberries, spinach, raspberries, carrots, and cauliflower. And of course my freezer is stocked with chicken!! LOL! Have a wonderful weekend!

Have you thought of leaving your tomatoes and cucumbers on the counter instead of the fridge? I've been doing it for a while, and the flavour and longevity are much improved.
