Hey guys.. So
I'll be doing this dance workout from today at 14/6/23 for 7 days and let's see 👀whether it helps me to lose weight or get in shape.
I'm gonna do only till shona shona song...including cool down
Total workout time will be 26min. With balanced diet offcourse.
My current weight- 60kgs
arm size-
thighs size-
waist size-
hip size-
stomach-
bust size-

Let's take a 7 days challenge if I feel any change I'll be continuing this workout for a month.
I'll give you review after each workout session.

Day 1 (14/6/23)- Not at all easy guys. Steps seems simple but they are very hard to catch up with the beats. (Though rahul sir have given us time in between to understand the steps clearly.. So cheers to them). Very enthusiastic session it was. My body became sweaty. I would request you to plz don't drink water before or in between the workout bcoz stomach hurts. So try to drink water before 15min starting the workout and 15min after the workout.

Bhai your Zumba Choreography is bomb. I always want the Zumba to have some cool Bollywood dance steps too and not the same repetitive steps. I’m amazed with the choice of songs. Loved it and dying all sweaty🤣

I was really devastated not knowing where to start my fitness journey from.. I started watching videos of some renown youtubers but theri workout felt really intense and I felt demotivated I used to give up in the first half of the video but this workout is so so gud. Not only does it help me burn calories but also give me motivation 👍🏼thanks

Warm ups are extremely fast, end of the workout sesh gotta be slow and relaxing but since they go fast I'm barely able to breathe, forget relax. Excluding that, ITS THE BOMBEST DANCE WORKOUT CHANNEL!
