i got a suggestion. investing in youth talent is definitely the way to go. lots of places around the world got talent. Moroccan beaches, Atlanta, Georgia, and other places in Africa and western asia are perfect because people grow up playing there. Streets of Brazil aswell.

Yall should make youth academy in norway there are many great players all over norway but bergen, oslo and osterøy is really good i think some from each town is great i hope the best for your team and maybe try going there it might help you guys
