This is why I workout at home, the last time I went to the gym I was so confused about the machines and what muscles they worked I never wanted to figure it out myself cause I didn’t want to make myself look stupid, so I barely did anything that day besides running the treadmill, doing some deadlifts, bicep curls, and sit up’s, working out at home is so much easier then going to the gym just standing and figuring out how the machines work.
