You forgot to mention the Chips Act. Trump has said clearly he will try to repeal it. This is a law that provides billions in funding to build semiconductor (chips) manuracturing to the US so we become more independent of Taiwan. Repealing it is insane and very bad news for tech and global security, the US economy, and the global economy
