Wow! I just noticed the date on this- VERY recent. I stopped in there a couple of times to shop. I drove about half an hour, but I had gotten the feeling the store was on its last legs- turns out I was right. I made it in there about 3 weeks before they closed for good. First one I ever saw was in Janesville WI. The stores were always super clean and nice places to shop. So sad to see another chain go.

i actually loved this store, especially being its mostly in wisconsin, like culvers. Turns out you can see on google maps you can see the S of the Sign on the building fell down, so did a lamp post. Also, Either a private business or spirit halloween takes this

Lol They are partnered with KB Toys XD I feel ya tho. I'm shocked they left that stop light at the entry considering that it looks to be mainly for the shopko. I think there were one or two like this one in Wyoming, the rest were Pamidas that took a while to get rebranded as ShopKo, like four or five years! Documented my first one earlier this year! I think I woulda gone to them if they were alive in my area, but not the way things went.
