I'm Gonna Find Another You - Instrumental John Mayer Replica

My cover of John Mayer's I'm Gonna Find Another You

The main guitar part was played on my Gibson ES-335, through a vintage Traynor YSR-1 Custom Reverb head into a '67 Fender 2x12 cab, and a Fender Blues Deville 4x10.

The second guitar part was played on my Fender Strat thorugh the same amps, but mic'ed about 20 feet away. I set my amps up in the back of my living room, turned them up loud, and put a single SM58 in the hallway facing away from the living room at about waist level. It was a total experiment in trying to figure out how to capture that distant sound heard on the original. Turns out I got it right on the first try! Sounds so cool!

Pino's bass part was played on my Fender Jazz bass.
Steve Jordan's drum part was transcribed into a MIDI and imported into Mixcraft 6.

The horn section was transcribed my be and played on my Casio MIDI keyboard.

Everything was recorded into Mixcraft 6,

Good job. Sounds great, and its nice to sing to. But as a guitar player, looking to jam on this song, it's a little short. You basically cut out all the solo parts. A longer version with those parts included would be great! Thanks for uploading.
