I could see this coming lmao. There are only 504 permutations if you choose 3 out of 9 numbers without replacing. Fauna's random number generator was not a permutation generator, most likely, but a combinations generator, which further reduces this to 84 combinations.With something like 700+ tickets floating around (which would have already exceeded the original 504), we can expect 616 of the tickets to be duplicates of the 84 combinations allowed.

The concept was not a scam; the rules are actually sound for these kinds of games. But the implementation of the tickets was definitely an oversight in probability. If Nerissa and Mococo had not solved this with a kiss, I'd say Mococo would have a case here with the incorrect advertising. Since Fauna is not a statistics expert, she probably believed that her lottery worked as intended (proof is that she thought it had 720 permutations, which means she did 10*9*8 instead of 9*8*7, since there are no zeroes), so this would probably fall under innocent or negligent misrepresentation.
