How to Organize Job Applications in Airtable

Building a workflow in Airtable is an important part of creating scalable processes. One workflow that almost all growing businesses have is the need to receive and review job applications. In this video, I break down how you can create an application process using Airtable and also how to automate the creation of managerial review.

Of course, review is a semi-manual process. There will always be the need for some personal interaction with data at this stage in the process, but there are areas that we can automate - specifically the creation of the review task. By creating this task, we can connect it to the respective managers and ensure that applications are reviewed in a timely manner.
