4:24 If 'Bama had to travel across the country in late December to play Oregon at Autzen, I think that would be an extremely difficult game for the Tide. The 12-team format has done A LOT to cover up the inadequacies of P4 conference play and the lack of round-robins. Will be interesting to see what tweeks occur after this season, because the auto-byes and lack of re-seeding benefits some teams to NOT win their championships.

Oregon/Penn state are locks for the 1 & 5 seed, unless there is a 30 point blowout. The committee has already said they won’t mess with rankings much anymore because then teams won’t participate in conference championship games going forward.
