I just bought an Osmo Action 5 Pro to start Vlogging so I'm really thankful for riders like you who share their experience 👍🏼
And I knew that recording is only the start and that there is tons of work following before you can call it a movie or a clip.
Not sure if your sunny "right hand settings" will work in the dark and cloudy northern hemisphere. I'll figure it out.

Osmo Action 5 does support HIGH audio setting with a later firmware as well some other's recommend -0.3 EV to avoid overexposure (what I do already when taking photos).

When I comment on videos, I’m rarely gushing “thanks so much etc etc..” but I have to say, your overview of the multicam set up is a revelation!! I use a DJI Action 5 on the Helmet, GoPro on the bars and an insta 360 x4 somewhere on the bike but the editing has been a nightmare!! So ‘thanks so much…’ 😂

People forget that the Helmet you use can make a massive difference to the audio quality too. I went from a Scorpion ADX 2 to the LS2 Carbon Explorer, what a huge difference. I used the same setup of OSMO Action 4 with Purple Panda mic, same setting of -12dB in both helmets. LS2 was by far quieter and much cleaner noise levels.
