How to Import and Export Google Calendars

This video shows you how easy it is to import and export Google Calendars.

You may need to do this if you are merging a personal Gmail account into a Google for Work account, or simply tidying up!

Note you can also import an Outlook CSV / ical file to Google in the exact same way.

Steps to Export:

1) Log in to your Google account
3) Use the little down arrow next to my calendars to access settings
4) Hit the Export Calendars button
5) Unzip the file to reveal the ICS format items

To import:

1) Log in to your Google account
3) Use the little down arrow next to my calendars to access settings
4) Hit the Import Calendars button
5) Select an ICS or CSV (from Outlook) file from your computer to import
